感冒又称伤风,在冬天,体质较弱的人很容易遇“风邪”而感冒。感冒虽是小病,但如果忽视治疗或治疗不当,也会发展为大病。因此,冬防感冒,应避免以下四个误区。1.感冒不用治,扛扛就过去有些人认为,感冒不用治疗也能好,索性不采取任何措施硬扛着,或者自己在家中用“捂汗”的方法来对付感冒。这样做其实是不科学的。一般的感冒虽然是一种自愈性疾病,但由于感冒时患者抵抗力下降,容易合并其它感染,诱发肺炎、支气管炎,甚至引起心肌损害及脑膜炎等严重后果。
