目的为了进一步观察痰热清注射液在成人与小儿退热疗效是否有区别。方法随机收集我院2006年1月至2007年6月间应用痰热清注射液退热治疗的小儿1076例与成人210例对比分析。结果单位时间内应用痰热清注射液小儿总有效率达98.69%,明显优于成人的90.04%(P<0.01)。结论痰热清注射液不仅应用于成人退热有效,更适合小儿退热,而且安全有效。
Objective To further observe whether there is a difference in the efficacy of Tanreqing Injection in the treatment of fever in children and adults. Methods Randomly collected a total of 1076 cases of infantile fever treated with Tanreqing Injection from January 2006 to June 2007 in our hospital compared with 210 adults. Results The total effective rate of Tanreqing Injection in children was 98.69% per unit time, which was significantly better than 90.04% in adults (P<0.01). Conclusion Tanreqing injection is not only effective in the treatment of fever in adults, but also suitable for children with fever. It is safe and effective.
