1992年9月28～29日,王礼恒副部长主持召开了院、局、基地领导质量工作研讨会,研讨院、局、基地质量保证体系建设问题,并交流了各院、局、基地落实航空航天部“六一五”质量工作电话会议精神,开展“航空航天质量年”活动的情况。国防科工委综合计划部三局总质量师周星如也应邀参加了会议。
From September 28 to 29, 1992, Vice Minister Wang Liheng hosted the quality work seminars for the hospitals, bureaus, and bases, and discussed the construction of the quality assurance system for the hospitals, bureaus, and bases. He also exchanged opinions on the implementation of aerospace programs in various hospitals, bureaus, and bases. The spirit of the “sixth five-year” quality work conference call and the launch of the “Aerospace Quality Year” campaign. Zhou Xingru, the chief quality officer of the Third Inspectorate of the Comprehensive Planning Department of the Commission for Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, was also invited to attend the meeting.
