对某地低品位钒钛磁铁矿中的铁及伴生磷进行了综合回收试验研究。结果表明:采用阶段磨矿、阶段选别的弱磁选-浮选联合工艺流程,不仅能有效选别磁铁矿,还可综合回收该资源中伴生的磷;可以获得铁品位64.81%、回收率58.04%的铁精矿及产率(以浮选给矿为原矿计)8.38%、品位P2O533.50%、回收率92.18%左右的优质磷精矿。
The comprehensive recovery of iron and associated phosphorus from low-grade vanadium-titanium magnetite in a certain area was studied. The results show that the combination of weak magnetic separation - flotation process with stage grinding and stage selection can not only effectively distinguish magnetite from other sources, but also can synthesize the associated phosphorus in the resource; the iron grade can be obtained as 64.81% Iron ore concentrate with a rate of 58.04% and high-quality phosphate concentrate with a production rate of 8.38% and a grade of P2O5 of 33.50% and a recovery rate of 92.18% were obtained.
