5月19日,国务院颁布《中国制造2025》规划,提出通过“三步走”实现制造强国战略目标。6月24日,国务院办公厅成立国家制造强国建设领导小组,加强统筹规划和政策协调。制造强国的蓝图已经描就,全世界都在瞩目。跨部门、跨地区、跨行业的领导小组已经成立,这注定是一场举国行动。按照规划目标,到2025年,我国要迈入世界制造强国,新中国成立100年时,综合实力进入世界制造强国前列。实施制造强国战略第一个十年的行动纲领在即,经过30多年跻身制造强国前列,时间并不宽裕。
On May 19, the State Council promulgated the “Made in China 2025” Plan and proposed to achieve the strategic goal of building a powerful nation through “three steps”. On June 24, the General Office of the State Council established a leading group for the building of a nation-building powerful nation, and strengthened co-ordination planning and policy coordination. The blueprint for a powerful nation has been described and the world is watching. Cross-sectoral, trans-regional and cross-sectoral leading group has been established, which is bound to be a nationwide move. According to the planning goal, by 2025, our country will enter the world to create a powerful nation. When the founding of new China was 100 years old, the comprehensive strength entered the forefront of the world in building a powerful nation. The implementation of the program of action for the first ten years of the strategy of building a powerful nation is not over for as long as 30 years have passed since it ranks among the top powers in manufacturing power.
