近年来,我国在创新劳动纠纷调处体制机制、手段、方法等方面取得突破性进展。通过调研访谈,梳理分析了进一步完善我国劳动纠纷处理机制尚需解决的几个主要问题,并在此基础上,提出了树立替代性纠纷解决机制的理念、完善劳动争议调解制度设计、发展劳动争议调解组织、提高调解员能力素质、强化调解协议效力等构建劳动纠纷综合调解机制的对策建议。
In recent years, China has made breakthrough progress in institutional mechanisms, means and methods for the mediation of labor disputes. Through investigation and interview, I combed and analyzed several major problems that need to be solved to further improve the handling mechanism of labor dispute in our country.
