财务管理是企业管理的核心,而我国传统的企业财务管理已经远远不能够适应经济全球化和世界经济一体化的要求,因此有必要对企业财务管理工作进行适时创新。在这种背景下,本文从基础财务工作、执行力、信息技术应用;财务风险防控四个方面着手,分析了新时代背景下企业财务管理工作的创新措施。
Financial management is the core of enterprise management. However, the traditional financial management in China is far from being able to meet the requirements of economic globalization and world economic integration. Therefore, it is necessary to make timely innovations in the financial management of enterprises. Against this background, this paper analyzes the innovative measures of financial management in the new era from four aspects: basic financial work, execution, information technology application and financial risk prevention and control.
