延髓中缝核与下丘脑、延髓孤束核、脊髓侧角有纤维联系,在心血管活动调节中具有重要作用。延髓中缝核受到脑啡肽能神经末梢支配,这些种经末梢在心血管活动调节中的作用不清。本工作将D-丙2-D-亮5脑啡肽(DADLE)注入延髓中缝核,观察对大鼠血压和心率影响。 实验用180~200g大鼠,在戊巴此妥纳麻醉下,使用立体定位仪向延髓中缝核埋植外径0.8mm不锈钢注射套管(P7.8,L0.0,H8.0mm)。行气管插管后,一侧颈动脉插管记录血压,心电图机记录心率。DADLE溶于生理盐水(NS),使用连接有外径0.4mm不锈钢针头的微量注射器注射药物,注射体积0.5μl。
The medulla oblongata and the hypothalamus, medulla oblongata solitary nucleus, spinal cord angle fibrosis, cardiovascular regulation plays an important role. The medulla oblongata nucleus is dominated by enkephalin nerve endings, and the role of these species in the regulation of cardiovascular activity is unclear. This work will D-propane 2-D-bright 5 enkephalin (DADLE) injected into the medulla oblongata nucleus, observed on rat blood pressure and heart rate. Experimental 180 ~ 200g rats were anesthetized with pentobarbital anesthesia, the use of stereotactic instrument medial medulla oblongata diameter 0.8mm stainless steel injection cannula (P7.8, L0.0, H8.0mm). After tracheal intubation, one side of the carotid artery cannulation to record blood pressure, ECG recorded heart rate. DADLE was dissolved in saline (NS) and was injected using a micropipettor attached to a 0.4 mm OD stainless steel needle with an injection volume of 0.5 μl.
