本文旨在研究通气无氧代谢阈值与缺氧时心血管代偿能力的相关性,以便探讨无氧阈值在航空医学的应用价值。受试者为17名健康男性青年。通过逐级递增运动负荷,同时测量呼出气各参数变化来判定无氧阈值。用吸低氧混合气(含氧10.5%)模拟5000m高度缺氧,持续30min,用模糊数学方法对心血管代偿功能进行定量评定。结果表明,无氧阈值与缺氧时心血管代偿率相关系数为r=0.78(p<0.01)。缺氧代偿良好组的无氧阈值(1.64±0.27,Vo_2,L/min STPD)明显高于代偿不良组(1.13±0.05,Vo_2,L/min STPD)(p<0.002)。结果提示,无氧阈值能够在一定程度上反映缺氧时心血管代偿能力。因此可以用无氧阈值从一个侧面对缺氧代偿能力进行预测。
The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between the threshold value of ventilatory anaerobic metabolism and cardiovascular compensatory capacity in hypoxia so as to explore the application value of anaerobic threshold in aeromedicine. Subjects were 17 healthy male youths. Anaerobic thresholds were determined by incrementally increasing exercise load and measuring changes in parameters of expired air at the same time. Hypoxic hypoxia at a height of 5000m was simulated by hypoxia mixed gas (oxygen content 10.5%) for 30min, and the function of cardiovascular compensation was quantitatively evaluated by fuzzy mathematics. The results showed that the correlation coefficient between anaerobic threshold and cardiovascular decompensation rate was r = 0.78 (p <0.01). The anaerobic threshold (1.64 ± 0.27, Vo_2, L / min STPD) in well-compensated hypoxia group was significantly higher than that in compensatory poor group (1.13 ± 0.05, Vo_2, L / min STPD) (p <0.002). The results suggest that, anaerobic threshold to some extent, can reflect the cardiovascular compensatory ability of hypoxia. Therefore, anaerobic threshold can be used to predict hypoxia from one aspect.
