[目的]探讨中国汉族人群β2肾上腺素能受体基因多态性与高血压易感性的关系。[方法]用Meta分析法,对国内外1994—2008年关于中国汉族人群β2肾上腺素能受体基因(Arg16/Gly和Gln27/Glu)多态性与高血压关系的文献进行综合定量分析。[结果]查阅到符合要求的文献11篇,关于A/G的文献9篇,共累积病例1737例、对照1539例,关于G/C基因的文献6篇,累积病例1615例、对照1379例;A/G按固定效应模型计算合并的OR值为0.84(95%CI=0.76~0.92)。G/C按随机效应模型计算合并的OR值为1.10(95%CI=0.83~1.47)。[结论]中国汉族人群的A/G等位基因分布频率与高血压易感性有关,G/C等位基因分布频率与高血压易感性的关系不明显。
[Objective] To investigate the relationship between β2 adrenergic receptor gene polymorphism and susceptibility to hypertension in Chinese Han population. [Methods] Meta-analysis was used to analyze the domestic and international literatures on the relationship between β2-adrenoceptor gene (Arg16 / Gly and Gln27 / Glu) polymorphism and hypertension in Chinese Han population from 1994 to 2008. [Results] There were 11 literatures with satisfactory results, 9 articles about A / G, 1737 cases of total accumulation, 1539 cases of control, 6 articles about G / C gene, 1615 cases of accumulation and 1379 cases of control. The odds ratio for A / G was 0.84 (95% CI = 0.76 to 0.92) based on the fixed effects model. The odds ratio (OR) for G / C was 1.10 (95% CI = 0.83-1.47) based on the random effects model. [Conclusion] The distribution frequency of allele A / G in Chinese Han population is related to the susceptibility to hypertension. There is no obvious relationship between the distribution frequency of G / C alleles and the susceptibility to hypertension.
