本技术为制备纳米复合抗菌剂的一种新方法,在水玻璃溶液中加入Ti(SO_4)_2,通过调节溶液参数使TiO_2/SiO_2粒子沉淀析出;将上述产物分散在硝酸银溶液中,加入Na_3PO_4溶液混合反应,得到负载磷酸银的TiO_2/SiO_2复合抗菌粉体。该复合抗菌粉末对大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有良好的杀灭作用,60min杀灭率均可达98%。可广泛用于抗菌水处理装置、食品包装、卫生日用品、化妆品、纺织品、抗菌餐具和切菜板、抗菌地毯、医用敷料及医用设备等。
This technology is a new method for preparing nano-composite antibacterial agents. Ti(SO 4 ) 2 is added into the water glass solution, and the TiO 2 /SiO 2 particles are precipitated by adjusting the solution parameters. The above products are dispersed in a silver nitrate solution and Na 3PO 4 is added. The solution was mixed and reacted to obtain a silver phosphate-loaded TiO 2 /SiO 2 composite antibacterial powder. The composite antibacterial powder has a good killing effect on Escherichia coli, Candida albicans and Staphylococcus aureus, and the killing rate at 60 minutes can reach 98%.
