液体静压技术用于老设备改造,在我部一些工厂已取得一定成效。最近,四一○厂与北京航院合作,把一台因缺乏轴承已停用数年,价值70余万元的瑞士MAAG60磨齿机用静压轴承改装,使机床恢复了原加工精度,解决了生产急需。部内不少精密设备面临的主要问题之一是轴承问题。我们希望各厂能从四一○厂与北京航院改装MAAG60磨齿机的工作中吸取教益,采取措施,解决现存的类似问题。
Hydrostatic technology for the transformation of old equipment, some factories in our ministries have achieved some success. Recently, the factory of 410 between Beijing and the Beijing Aerodrome contracted to replace a Swiss MAAG60 grinding machine with a hydrostatic bearing, which has been suspended for several years due to the lack of bearings, to restore the original machining accuracy to the machine and solve the problems of production urgent need. One of the major problems facing many precision equipment in the ministry is the bearing problem. We hope that the various factories can learn from the work of revamping the MAAG60 gear grinding machine at the 410 Factory and the Beijing Aviation Administration and take measures to solve the existing similar problems.
