全电脑确报交换机是由电务局直接领导、组织研制的确报通信换代设备。该交换机有较强的自动处理能力和灵活的通信功能,适应铁路电报一发多收的特点。其主要功能是自动存贮转发、规程控制通信以及宽式/窄式确报报文的传输和转换。该交换机在济南铁路分局(以下简称济南分局)试用后取得较好的效果,报文正确性、清晰度、标准化以及实现率均有很大提高,机房噪声和报务员劳动强度大为减小。
The computer did report that the switchboard was directly under the leadership of the Bureau of Electrical Engineering and that the research and development organization did report on the replacement of communications equipment. The switch has a strong auto-processing capabilities and flexible communication capabilities, to adapt to the characteristics of the railway cable overcharged. Its main function is automatic storage and forwarding, process control communications and wide / narrow type of real-time message transmission and conversion. The switch achieved good results after trial use in Jinan Railway Branch (hereinafter referred to as Jinan Branch). The correctness, sharpness, standardization and realization rate of the telegrams have been greatly improved, and the noise in the engine room and the labor intensity of the telegraphic staff have greatly reduced.
