在2005年宏观调控大形势下,中部三地武汉、长沙、郑州的房地产业也受到国家宏观调控政策的影响,商品房价格涨幅趋于平稳,房地产开发投资增速趋缓,二手房市场成交增幅减速,房地产宏观调控政策在中部地区取得了预期的效果。但促使中部三地甚至整个内地房价上涨的因素依然存在,房地产价格将在增速稳定中继续攀升,同时也会促使房地产投机资金逐渐活跃,因此,房地产宏观调控还需进一步加强和改善。
