目的:研究高压芒刺静电场(high-voltage prick electrostatic field,HVPEF)对肿瘤细胞增殖的抑制作用.,方法:分别以电压为6kV、10kV和14kV的HVPEF作用于体外培养的人肝癌细胞SMMC7721,绘制细胞生长曲线,并用MTT法和流式细胞术检测电场对细胞增殖的抑制效果。结果:HVPEF处理后,各实验组细胞生长受到不同程度抑制,细胞死亡率升高(P<0.01),细胞增殖活性分别降为对照组的75.7%、88.5%和72.2%,且存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:一定强度的高压芒刺静电场作用能够有效抑制肿瘤细胞增殖。
Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of HVPEF on the proliferation of tumor cells.Methods: Human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line SMMC7721 was treated with HVPEF at voltages of 6 kV, 10 kV and 14 kV, respectively, The cell growth curve was drawn, and the inhibitory effect of electric field on cell proliferation was detected by MTT assay and flow cytometry. Results: After HVPEF treatment, the growth of cells in each experimental group was inhibited to some extent, the cell death rate was increased (P <0.01), and the cell proliferation activities were reduced to 75.7%, 88.5% and 72.2% of the control group, respectively, with statistical difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: A certain intensity of high voltage prick electrostatic field can effectively inhibit tumor cell proliferation.
