针对男男性接触者(MSM)性病感染状况促进其正确诊疗。推广促进工作从需求调查入手,通过社群与机构协调组织了41人次医疗机构工作人员和41位志愿者和社区服务人员接受了规范化医疗服务和社区健康支持的相关培训,确立了4个单位成为服务医疗点。当地MSM干预工作组的所有志愿工作人员共同开展性病诊疗的宣传和推荐,同时在网络开展宣传和服务反馈意见调查。2007年4～10月共开展外展366次,举办大型宣传健康知识晚会6次,发放了900张健康服务卡,转介2人前往就诊。组织了5次医生深入MSM社区的外展活动。共接诊明确MSM身份就诊者13人次。对MSM社群172名自愿接受项目终期调查的结果显示正确选择性病就医者占88.37%,参与研究的四个门诊的社群知晓率处于所有正规门诊的前列,有29.7%的人知道自己朋友曾经患性病,其中明确到推荐门诊就诊的9名患者中只有1人表示对诊疗过程不满意。
The STD Infection Status for Men Who Have Sex With Men (MSM) Facilitates Correct Diagnosis and Treatment. Promotion and promotion work started from the demand survey. Through the community and agency coordination, 41 medical institutions staff and 41 volunteers and community service personnel received relevant training on standardized medical services and community health support, and established 4 units as Service medical point.
