本文用 ELISA 法检测麻疹抗体,阳性率,母亲88.44%,婴儿89.66%;抗体 GMT,母亲1023.85,婴儿901.55(t=0.56,P>0.5),无显著差异。58对母婴麻疹抗体滴度的一致性具有非常显著意义(F=58.66,P<0.01),呈高度正相关关系(r=0.7153,P<0.01)。不同月龄婴儿胎传抗体检测结果:0月龄抗体阳性率89.66%、2~3月龄为40.74%、4~6月龄为4.55%。说明本市婴儿麻疹被动抗体维持时间短,消失快,还未到初免月龄就有95.45%的婴儿因抗体消退而失去保护力。
The detection rate of measles antibody by ELISA was 88.44% for mothers and 89.66% for infants. There was no significant difference between antibody GMT, mother 1023.85 and infant 901.55 (t = 0.56, P> 0.5). 58 had a very significant positive correlation with the titer of measles antibody (F = 58.66, P <0.01), showing a highly positive correlation (r = 0.7153, P <0.01). The results of fetal transmission antibody in different age infants were: the antibody positive rate at month 0 was 89.66%, 40.74% at 2 ~ 3 months and 4.55% at 4 ~ 6 months. This shows that the city of measles passive antibodies to maintain a short time, disappeared quickly, not yet reached the first month of childbirth, 95.45% of the babies due to antibody regression and loss of protection.
