麻醉学知识繁多且晦涩难懂,在传统教学模式下住院医师往往无法建立良好的临床思维.思维导图作为一种展示思维过程的教学工具,将其与团队为基础的教学模式(TBL)、问题为导向的教学模式(PBL)、案例为基础的教学模式(CBL)相融合可弥补各自的不足.思维导图贯穿于整个教学过程,可优化整合知识点,从而建立完整的知识框架体系.本文旨在探讨融合创新思维导图在非麻醉专业住院医师麻醉教学中的作用,培养住院医师独立的临床思维能力,提高教学质量,实现“教”与“学”的双赢,从而推动住院医师规范化培训教学改革.
