一、前 言 目前,国内制造大型船用螺旋桨的高锰铝青铜合金(ZQAl 12-8-3-2)是在反射炉中熔炼,铜液中含有大量气体,浇注前需要进行除气净化。以往采用的除气方法是包底吹氮工艺。 包底吹氮工艺虽比两次熔炼工艺和加入氯化物精炼工艺都好,但在生产中也暴露了下列缺点,需要加以改进。
I. Introduction At present, the domestic high-manganese aluminum bronze alloy (ZQAl 12-8-3-2) for large marine propellers is smelted in a reverberatory furnace. The copper liquid contains a large amount of gas and needs to be degassed and purified before pouring. In the past, the outgassing method is the bottom of the nitrogen blowing process. Bottom nitrogen blowing process than the two melting process and adding chloride refining process are good, but in production also exposed the following shortcomings need to be improved.
