目的:建立全市新生儿疾病筛查网,提高出生人口素质。方法:根据本地区新生儿保健服务及区域卫生规划的需求,建成一个集全市新生儿疾病筛查的健康教育、血样采集、递送、验收、实验室检查、阳性复诊、信息反馈及培训于一体的全市筛查网,使新生儿得到筛查服务,早期诊断、早期干预,进行前瞻性研究。结果:筛查网络如期建成;筛查率达到60%;阳性随访100%。1 586名患儿得到早期诊治,避免终生残疾,提高了出生人口素质。结论:在计算机系统的支持下,提高了管理效能。
Objective: To establish a screening network of neonatal diseases throughout the city to improve the quality of the birth population. Methods: According to the needs of neonatal health care services and regional health planning in this area, a health education, blood sampling, delivery, acceptance, laboratory examination, positive referral, information feedback and training in the city’s neonatal screening were completed. The city’s screening network, screening services for newborns, early diagnosis, early intervention, prospective studies. Results: The screening network was completed on schedule; the screening rate reached 60%; the positive follow-up was 100%. 1 586 children received early diagnosis and treatment to avoid lifelong disability and improve the quality of the birth population. Conclusion: With the support of computer systems, management effectiveness is improved.
