职业卫生评价工作的首要任务就是职业病危害因素的识别。通常采用工程分析法对生产工艺的过程进行分析,通过原辅料在工艺过程中的反应、转化及是否挥发、有无中间产物等,系统地识别出工艺过程中产生的职业病危害因素。但是在某些情况下,由于原辅料使用的环境发生变化,根据自身特性,会产生其他严重的危害因素。本文通过一起急性职业中毒事故的调查处置,结合日常工作中发现的类似问题,探讨、分析急性中毒事故发生的原因,总结经验,对职业病危害因素的识别提出建议,并为职业卫生宣传、培训、技术
The primary task of occupational health assessment is the identification of occupational hazards. Engineering analysis is usually used to analyze the process of the production process. Through the reaction of the raw and auxiliary materials in the process, transformation and volatilization, and the presence or absence of intermediate products, the hazard factors of occupational diseases generated during the process are systematically identified. However, in some cases, due to changes in the environment of raw materials used, according to their own characteristics, there will be other serious hazards. Based on the investigation and disposal of acute occupational poisoning accidents and the similar problems found in daily work, this paper discusses and analyzes the causes of acute poisoning accidents and summarizes the experience, puts forward suggestions on the identification of occupational hazards and provides recommendations for occupational health promotion, training, technology
