企业注重交易和实用,即使在管理实践中获得了很多经验和困惑,也不愿拿出与大家共享和交流。因为除了企业是要包装自己之外,往往其管理的经验、教训以及成果也是企业的专利。咨询机构的知识、方法、工具等成果,都是在长期的理论指导下在大量为企业咨询的实践过程中创新和积累下来的,已经成为自己生存和发展的武器,对于知识的分享通常是半封闭半公开的状态。管理理论界整体来讲,比较浮躁。往往更倾向于单纯的论文发表。即使是学术研究以及发表的文章,也是跟在别人的理论后面跑,好一点的也是在别人的理论中进行相关的创新。面对如此现状,谁应该承担管理理论研究的重担和责任?或许到了管理各阶层共同敞开心扉的时候了。
