我国发展低碳经济,不仅是应对全球气候变暖,体现大国责任的举措,也是解决能源瓶颈,消除环境污染,提升产业结构的一大契机。在此关键时期,政策体系的构建发挥着基础性作用。本文分析了我国发展低碳经济的政策体系,为今后低碳经济的发展提出了科学建议。
The development of a low-carbon economy in our country is not only an initiative to cope with global warming and reflects the responsibility of great powers, but also a great opportunity to solve the energy bottleneck, eliminate environmental pollution and upgrade the industrial structure. In this crucial period, the construction of the policy system plays a fundamental role. This paper analyzes the policy system of developing low-carbon economy in our country and puts forward scientific suggestions for the development of low-carbon economy in the future.
