《中国稀土学会第二届学术年会》于1990年11月4～7日在北京召开。出席会议的有来自全国26个省、市、自治区的稀土界专家、学者、企业家共307名代表,其中特邀了22个厂矿企业代表和44个团体会员单位代表。会议还得到了冶金部徐大铨副部长和国务院稀土领导小组办公室主任白洁同志的重视和支持。
The Second Academic Annual Meeting of the Chinese Rare Earth Society was held in Beijing from November 4th to 7th, 1990. A total of 307 representatives of rare earth experts, scholars and entrepreneurs from 26 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions across the country attended the meeting, among which representatives of 22 factories and mines and representatives of 44 group members were invited. The meeting also received the attention and support of Deputy Minister Xu Dazhao of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry and Comrade Bai Jie, Director of the Office of the Leading Group of the State Council’s Leading Group.
