目的:了解医学生的人际关系困扰现状及其影响因素。方法:采用《人际关系综合诊断量表》,结合自行设计的《大学生学习生活相关问题调查提纲》对福建医科大学临床医学专业本科在校生进行横断面调查,以单因素和多因素非条件logistic回归分析进行资料整理。结果:医学生中人际关系困扰检出率为47.8%,较严重人际关系困扰为15.7%,自觉学习困难、缺乏学习生活目标、对未来缺乏信心、有就业危机感、有过受骗经历等13项为医学生人际关系困扰的影响因素,来自农村、留级及对未来缺乏信心可加重困扰。结论:医学生的人际关系困扰率高,学习生活环境和不良行为的影响不容忽视。教育主体应加强其人际关系教育、对特殊人群给予特别关注。
Objective: To understand the status quo of interpersonal distress and its influencing factors in medical students. Methods: A cross-sectional survey of undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine in Fujian Medical University was carried out by using “Comprehensive Interpersonal Diagnostic Scale” and a self-designed “Survey Outline of Undergraduate Students’ Study-related Problems”. A one-factor and multi-factor non-conditional logistic regression Analysis of data collation. Results: The prevalence of interpersonal distress in medical students was 47.8%, the more serious interpersonal distress was 15.7%, consciously learning difficulties, lack of learning and living goals, lack of confidence in the future, sense of job crisis and deceived experience of 13 Factors influencing the interpersonal relationships of medical students may be aggravated by rural areas, repetition and lack of confidence in the future. Conclusion: The high interpersonal distress rate of medical students, the impact of learning and living environment and bad behavior can not be ignored. The main body of education should strengthen its interpersonal relationship education and give special attention to special populations.
