外贸服务供应链是一个新兴行业,它以低成本高效率,专业服务外贸企业非核心业务,使外贸企业或者生产企业专门从事其核心业务。本文分析外贸服务供应链企业岗位设置的特点和人才知识与能力要求,研究外贸服务供应链人才培养模式,提出嵌入NIIT BPO教学模式,开展人才培养,为地方经济发展提供紧缺急需人才。
Foreign trade service supply chain is an emerging industry, it low-cost high-efficiency, professional service foreign trade enterprises non-core business, foreign trade enterprises or manufacturing enterprises specializing in its core business. This paper analyzes the characteristics of foreign trade service supply chain enterprise settings and personnel knowledge and ability requirements, research foreign trade service supply chain personnel training mode, proposed embedded NIIT BPO teaching mode, carry out personnel training for the development of local economy to provide the urgent need of talent.
