辽瑞丰是从新疆纸皮核桃自然实生后代中选出的核桃新品种,是介于早实核桃和晚实核桃之间的类型。青果椭圆形,坚果椭圆形,坚果平均单果重9.6 g;色泽浅,壳面光滑,果基圆形,果顶微尖,缝合线平;壳厚1.10 mm左右,内褶壁退化,易取整仁,核仁充实饱满,黄白色,核仁重6.30 g;出仁率66.00%,种仁含油量65.20%,蛋白质含量20.10%;抗核桃细菌性黑斑病、核桃炭疽病等病害;在辽宁省大连市,果实9月下旬成熟。2013年11月通过辽宁省林木品种审定委员会审定。
