2014年7月,中国邮政进入农村电子商务以来,以邮乐网为依托,开发了“邮掌柜”系统,致力于“工业品下乡”和“农产品进城”双流通渠道建设,但是由于还处于探索期,发展中仍存在着“买难”“卖难”“送难”三难现象,存在运营模式、人才队伍建设、激励机制不完善等问题。本文通过对中国邮政推进农村电子商务现状进行概述,对存在问题进行分析,最后对邮政推进农村电子商务进一步发展提出相关建议。
