全身麻醉对硫酸葡聚糖(DS)动员单个核细胞的影响,用9只狗分3组进行。第1组给DS、不麻醉;第2组注射DS后半小时用戊巴比妥钠全身麻醉;第3组全身麻醉后再给DS。结果表明,DS对单个核细胞和粒—巨噬细胞祖细胞(GM-CFUc)等均有较好的动员作用。第1组单个核细胞在给药后7小时达到最高峰,为药前的3.5倍。第2、8组单个核细胞峰值分别为药前的2.2和1.9倍。说明戊巴比妥钠全身麻醉明显地抑制了DS对单个核细胞的动员作用。血液中GM-CFUc的数量在给药后8~5小时最高,为药前的2~4倍。
Effects of general anesthesia on the mobilization of mononuclear cells by dextran sulfate (DS) were performed in 9 groups of 3 dogs. Group 1 was given DS without anesthesia; group 2 was anesthetized with sodium pentobarbital half an hour after injection of DS; group 3 was given DS after general anesthesia. The results showed that DS had a good mobilization effect on mononuclear cells and granulocyte-macrophage progenitor cells (GM-CFUc). The number of mononuclear cells in group 1 reached its peak at 7 hours after administration, which was 3.5 times higher than that before treatment. The second and eighth groups of mononuclear cells peak were 2.2 and 1.9 times pre-drug. This shows that pentobarbital sodium anesthesia significantly inhibited the mobilization of mononuclear cells by DS. The amount of GM-CFUc in blood is highest at 8 to 5 hours after administration, which is 2 to 4 times higher than that before the medicine.
