探讨以廉价无毒的田菁胶及其改性产品,在不同条件下作絮凝剂净化浮选尾煤水的可能性,以期取代聚丙烯酰胺.研究表明:有四种改性田菁胶有明显絮凝效果,以3~#改性田菁胶最佳。在介质为自然pH值条件下,用量5.0mg·L~(-1)时,可做絮凝剂直接净化浮选尾煤水,达到国家规定的排放标准,可望代替聚丙烯酰胺。
To explore the possibility of using cheap and non-toxic Sesbania gum and its modified products as flocculants to purify the tailings water of flotation under different conditions in order to replace polyacrylamide.The results show that there are four kinds of modified Sesbania gum Significant flocculation effect to 3 ~ # Modified Sesbania best. Under the condition of medium pH value, the dosage of 5.0mg · L -1, the flocculant can be used as the direct purification of flotation tail water to meet the national emission standards, is expected to replace polyacrylamide.
