目的:探讨我国在职培养临床药师的路径和方法。方法:选择符合条件的药师通过理论学习、临床学习及实践等方式进行在职培养。结果与结论:学习、实践及自我准确定位的结合,可使之成为适应临床需要的合格临床药师。
Objective: To explore the ways and methods of cultivating clinical pharmacists in service in China. Methods: To select qualified pharmacists to carry out on-the-job training through theoretical study, clinical study and practice. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS: The combination of learning, practice and self-localization can make a qualified clinical pharmacist to meet clinical needs.
