根据国家广电总局对广播电视监测的要求,为了加强对广播电视节目的监听监看,并对节目制作、传输和播出系统进行技术质量评定,加强广播电视网络传输的安全管理,实现对各无线和有线广播电视播出前端和网络进行监测,本文设计建设广播电视自动监测系统,并进一步说明了原理及系统结构。
