[目的]该研究旨在全面了解盐胁迫对钝顶螺旋藻光合作用的影响。[方法]在模拟盐胁迫试验条件下,用不同浓度的盐溶液(0,0.1,0.3,0.5,0.8,和1.0mol/LNaCl)处理钝顶螺旋藻。处理24小时后,测定了光合作用相关指标。[结果]叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、藻蓝蛋白、别藻蓝蛋白含量,以及光合速率都随着NaCl浓度的升高而下降。在0.5mol/L以上浓度的NaCl胁迫下,盐胁迫的破坏作用更严重。[结论]研究结果表明,叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、藻蓝蛋白、别藻蓝蛋白含量的下降可能是光合速率下降的重要原因,而光合速率下降可能是强烈影响室外培养螺旋藻产量的原因。
[Objective] The research aimed to fully understand the effects of salt stress on the photosynthesis of Spirulina platensis. [Method] Spirulina platensis was treated with different concentrations of salt solution (0, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.8, and 1.0 mol / L NaCl) under simulated salt stress conditions. After 24 hours of treatment, photosynthesis related indices were determined. [Result] The content of chlorophyll, carotenoid, phycocyanin, allophycocyanin and photosynthetic rate all decreased with the increase of NaCl concentration. Under the stress of NaCl above 0.5mol / L, the destructive effect of salt stress was more serious. [Conclusion] The results showed that the decrease of chlorophyll, carotenoid, phycocyanin and allophycocyanin may be the important reasons for the decrease of photosynthetic rate. However, the decrease of photosynthetic rate may be the reason that strongly affects the yield of spirulina in outdoor culture.
