一、熟能生思“熟能生思”——蕴含着对认识规律的理解!这是我的一位小学老师在教我们古文时的谆谆叮嘱。我终生铭记,且受益匪浅。 1963年,我走上教育岗位。28年来,大工作量是我教学生涯的一个特点。由于自己乐于从事这传播人类文明的工作,在教学初期,就担任了每周16—21课时的工作,常常教两个年级三个平行班。教学实践使我深切感受到:多次重复讲授是熟悉教材的有效方法。这熟悉,不只是静态的教材,而是和教师一次一次力争完善的讲述、不同层次学生对讲述内容的反馈相联系着的教材,有动态感,具有鲜明的色彩。

The teaching practice made me deeply feel that repeated teaching is an effective method for familiarizing with teaching materials. This familiarity is not only a static teaching material, but also a teaching material that is linked with the teacher’s one-time improvement and different levels of students’ feedback on the content. It has a dynamic sense and has a vivid color.
