目的:了解对口升学高职护生对社区护理的认知及社区就业意向。方法:采用问卷调查法对416名护生进行调查。结果:对口升学高职护生对社区护理的认知不足,大二和大三护生对社区护理的认同情况差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),30.29%的护生愿意在社区就业,2.64%的护生愿意把社区卫生服务中心作为首选就业单位。结论:对口升学护生对社区护理的认知和认同情况较差,就业意向较低。高职院校要积极推进社区护理教育教学改革,加强学校与社区的对接,提高对口护生对社区护理的认知及社区就业意向。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the cognition of community nursing and the employment intention of higher vocational nursing students in higher education. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 416 nursing students. Results: There was a lack of cognition on community nursing in higher vocational nursing students. There were significant differences in the recognition of community nursing between sophomore and junior nursing students (P <0.05). 30.29% of nursing students were willing to work in community, 2.64% of nurses would like to use community health service centers as the preferred employers. Conclusion: Nursing students of counterpart college students are less cognition and approval of community nursing and have lower employment intention. Higher vocational colleges should actively promote the reform of community nursing education and teaching, strengthen the docking between schools and communities, and enhance the awareness of counterpart nursing students on community nursing and community employment intentions.
