目的 比较热灭活状态和活菌状态乳酸杆菌对生殖道上皮细胞的黏附性及其对生殖道常见致病菌白色念珠菌和加德纳菌的黏附拮抗作用。方法 运用光镜和电镜分析嗜酸乳杆菌活菌和热灭活两种生物状态对刮取的阴道上皮细胞和传代培养的宫颈上皮细胞系HeLa细胞的黏附指数以及经两种生物状态嗜酸乳杆菌拮抗作用后致病菌的黏附指数的变化 ,并用台盼蓝染色法比较二者黏附HeLa细胞后对细胞存活率的影响。结果 两种生物状态的嗜酸乳杆菌对刮取的阴道上皮细胞的黏附不存在显著性差异 ,而热灭活状态对HeLa细胞的黏附指数显著高于活菌状态 ,两种生物状态的嗜酸乳杆菌对白色念珠菌和加德纳菌均有黏附抑制作用 ,热灭活状态嗜酸乳杆菌黏附HeLa细胞在一定时间内不降低细胞存活率。结论 经热灭活的嗜酸乳杆菌对生殖道上皮细胞有较强的黏附性并可对女性生殖道常见致病菌发挥黏附拮抗作用。
OBJECTIVE To compare the adhesion between Lactobacillus on heat-killed state and viable bacteria on the reproductive tract epithelial cells and their antagonistic effects on the adhesion of Candida albicans and Gardnerella vaginalis, a common pathogen in reproductive tract. Methods The adhesion index of screened vaginal epithelial cells and subcultured cervical epithelial cell line HeLa cells were analyzed by light microscope and electron microscope. The biological indexes of the two bio-state eosinophils The changes of adhesion index of pathogenic bacteria after antagonistic effect of Bacillus were observed. The cell viability of HeLa cells was compared by trypan blue staining. Results There was no significant difference in the adherence of Lactobacillus acidophilus to scraped vaginal epithelial cells in two biological states, while the adhesion index of HeLa cells in heat-inactivated state was significantly higher than that in live cells. The two bio-states of acidophilus Lactobacillus on Candida albicans and Gardnerella have adhesion inhibition, heat-inactivation of Lactobacillus acidophilus adherence HeLa cells in a certain period of time does not reduce the cell viability. Conclusion Heat-inactivated Lactobacillus acidophilus has strong adhesion to the reproductive tract epithelial cells and exerts an antagonistic effect on the common pathogenic bacteria in the female reproductive tract.
