过去认为软组织肿瘤对放射治疗不甚敏感。手术切除,局部复发率高达75％～90％。即使是做扩大肿瘤切除术局部复发率仍有20％～60％。近年来,通过对软组织肿瘤放射治疗的大量临床研究发现:(1)软组织肿瘤总体上看对放射线不很敏感,但大剂量照射后,大部分病人有不同程度的疗效。(2)软组织肿瘤中不同的组织类型对射线的敏感性不同,在同一组织类型中病人放射敏感性的差别也很大。对射线敏感者放射治疗取得良好的疗效。用立体适形放疗方法治疗软组织肿瘤的报道尚不多,我院1997年7月至2000年5月用立体适形放射治疗软组织肿瘤13例,随访肿瘤缩小>50％,10/13例
In the past that soft tissue tumors are not sensitive to radiation therapy. Surgical resection, the local recurrence rate as high as 75% to 90%. (2) Different tissue types in soft tissue tumors have different sensitivity to radiation, and patients’ radiosensitivity varies greatly in the same tissue type. Radiation-sensitive radiosurgery achieved good results. Stereoscopic conformal radiotherapy for the treatment of soft tissue tumors is not yet reported, our hospital from July 1997 to May 2000 with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy of soft tissue tumors in 13 cases, followed up tumor shrinkage> 50%, 10/13 cases
