在对工矿内燃机车的动力传动系统和手动换挡过程进行深入解析后,设计了机车的两参数节能自动换挡控制系统。应用转速传感器采集机车的泵轮及涡轮转速信号,再将这两个信号输入到PLC控制器中,经运算处理后,由控制器输出换档控制信号给相应的电磁阀。该节能自动换挡控制系统对工矿内燃机车的自动换挡具有一定工程应用价值。
After in-depth analysis of the power transmission system and manual shift process of industrial and mining diesel locomotive, a two-parameter energy-saving automatic shift control system for locomotive is designed. The speed sensor is used to collect the pump wheel and turbine speed signals of the locomotive, and then the two signals are input into the PLC controller. After the operation is processed, the shift control signal is output to the corresponding solenoid valve by the controller. The energy-saving automatic shift control system for industrial and mining diesel locomotive automatic shift has some engineering value.
