每年我都会安排一段时间前去印度修习和旅行,因为我知道,要成为一个好的瑜伽老师,首先自己必须是个实行者,不仅仅要授课,还要花时间练习并持续地探索自己。此行去的地点是瑞诗开释,瑞诗开释是印度北部的一个小镇,位于喜马拉雅山麓,被称为世界“瑜伽之都”。它也缘于尹岩的那本《菩提树下太阳雨》的描写,被国内的瑜伽“粉丝”所熟知。今年春季,我就在那里遇上一拨从中国来的瑜伽习练者。
Every year I arrange for some time to go to India to practice and travel because I know that to become a good yoga teacher, I must first be an implementer, not only to teach, but also to practice and continually explore myself. The trip to the site is released by Rishikesh, Rishikesh released a town in northern India, located in the foothills of the Himalayas, known as the world “yoga capital ”.
