将S_(180)细胞接种在Swiss雄性小鼠左前腑部皮下,经口给予猴头多糖(Hericium eri-nacaus polysaccharide简称HP)50mg/kg、100mg/kg、200mg/kg 3个剂量,每天给予1次,连续7天,最后观察HP对荷瘤重量及荷瘤鼠脾NK细胞活性的影响。实验结果表明:3个剂量组对荷瘤生长均有抑制作用;HP对荷瘤小鼠NK细胞活性有明显的激活作用,特别是在50mg/kg、200mg/kg两组的NK活性增高明显(P<0.05)。
S_(180) cells were inoculated subcutaneously in the left anterior breech of Swiss male mice, and Hericium eri-nacaus polysaccharide (HP) 50 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg, and 200 mg/kg 3 doses were given orally each day. For 7 consecutive days, the effect of HP on tumor weight and activity of spleen NK cells in tumor-bearing mice was observed. The experimental results showed that the three dose groups all had inhibitory effects on the growth of tumor-bearing mice; HP significantly activated the activity of NK cells in tumor-bearing mice, especially the NK activity in 50 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg groups was significantly increased ( P<0.05).
