表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)属受体酪氨酸蛋白激酶,在多种肿瘤中表达或高表达。与配体结合后传递信号至细胞核内,调节基因的表达。参与生长、分化、增殖、血管发生和凋亡等多种细胞功能的调节。肿瘤的侵袭、转移是一个复杂的过程,也是导致肿瘤患者死亡的主要原因。本文就EGFR的结构、信号转导及其在肿瘤的侵袭和转移中的作用作一综述,为肿瘤的靶向治疗提供新思路。
Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) is a receptor tyrosine protein kinase, expressed in a variety of tumors or high expression. After binding to the ligand, the signal is transmitted to the nucleus to regulate the gene expression. Participate in the regulation of many cell functions such as growth, differentiation, proliferation, angiogenesis and apoptosis. Tumor invasion, metastasis is a complex process, but also lead to death of cancer patients the main reason. This review summarizes the structure of EGFR, signal transduction and its role in tumor invasion and metastasis, providing new ideas for the targeted therapy of tumors.
