为评价波浪对松散材料建造的海上人工岛壁冲刷效应,这里介绍两种分析方法。一种方法是考虑瞬时应力效应和稳定状态的孔隙水压力场,第二种方法是评价风暴中波浪的累积效应。另外还介绍一种测定人工岛在强地震作用下的地面加速度和孔隙水压力方法。提供预测波浪作用下瞬时孔隙水压力的现场检验方法。根据这些方法进行分析后认为,为避免人工岛在波浪力作用下液化失稳,人工岛建造材料渗透系数必须大于104cm/s。根据最近发生在日本东京湾强震后所记录的一座人工岛地面加速度和孔隙水压力的反应,提供了一份全面完整的地震反应分析检验报告。
In order to assess the effect of waves on the offshore artificial island walls built from loose materials, two analytical methods are presented. One method is to consider the instantaneous stress effect and the steady-state pore pressure field. The second method is to evaluate the cumulative effect of waves in a storm. In addition, a method to measure the ground acceleration and pore water pressure of artificial island under strong earthquake is also introduced. Provides on-site inspection methods for predicting instantaneous pore-water pressure under wave action. According to the analysis of these methods, it is considered that in order to avoid instability of artificial island under wave force, the permeability coefficient of artificial island construction material must be greater than 104cm / s. A comprehensive and complete seismic response analysis and inspection report is provided based on the recent response of ground acceleration and pore water pressure recorded by artificial island after the Tokyo Bay earthquake in Japan.
