在国家全面经济体制改革的推动下,香坊木材厂党委带领家具分厂领导班子和全体职工锐意改革,在短期内,使企业面貌焕然一新。由多年亏损依懒厂部开资的老大难车间,一跃成为月月盈利,生机勃勃的家具分厂。现将改革的做法简要介绍如下。一、改革前概况家具分厂的前身是八车间,有160名职工,都是八三年整顿企业时,各车间编余的病、老、残人员。当时仅生产少量元棹面,由于成本高销不出去,靠厂部开支。当其他车间有突击性任务时,委派一部分人去临时支援一下,其余人就组织起来学习。就这样,在不到一年时间,亏损10万多元。正当一筹莫展之际,吹来了全国经济体制改革的春风,车间全体职工不愿再坐吃等待了,于是蕴藏在工人中的改革力量,汇成一股洪
