目的结合当前新疆地区医疗机构中临床医师规范化培训制度和高校医学生培养模式的发展现状,了解新疆某医科大学各附属医疗机构2009-2013年少数民族与汉族临床医师岗位胜任能力的差异,分析其相关影响因素。方法根据各附属医疗机构的综合发展状况,共选取5所三级甲等医疗机构和1所二级甲等医疗机构,对上述医疗机构中的民、汉族临床医师和科室主任发放调查问卷。定量资料采用SPSS16.0软件进行统计学分析。结果汉族和少数民族临床医师的病史采集与医疗文书书写、体格检查与辅助检查、手术方案制定、诊疗操作、临床思维、医疗理论知识水平、临床带教与科研能力、临床相关态度等方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论随着附属医疗机构中,医师执业和培训制度以及临床实践环境的改善,借助国内外优秀的临床医师培训方法和模式,再结合新疆某医科大学对少数民族医学生从入校本科阶段开始推行的“民汉教育一体化”培养模式,切实提高了少数民族临床医师在更高层次的研究生培养阶段和进入医疗机构执业时的综合素质,使之具备良好的岗位胜任能力。
Objective To analyze the current situation of standardized training of clinicians in medical institutions in Xinjiang and the training mode of medical students in colleges and universities so as to understand the differences of competence between minority and Han clinicians in various medical institutions in Xinjiang Medical University from 2009 to 2013, Related factors. Methods According to the comprehensive development of each affiliated medical institution, a total of 5 tertiary A-level medical institutions and 1 secondary A-level medical institutions were selected, and questionnaires were distributed to the people, Han nationality clinicians and department heads in the above-mentioned medical institutions. Quantitative data using SPSS16.0 software for statistical analysis. Results The differences of medical history writing and medical writing, physical examination and auxiliary examination, operation plan making, diagnosis and treatment operation, clinical thinking, knowledge of medical theory, clinical teaching and research ability, clinical relevance and attitude of Han and minority nationality clinicians No statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion With the improvement of medical practice and training system and clinical practice environment in affiliated medical institutions, with the help of excellent clinician training methods and models both at home and abroad, combined with a medical university in Xinjiang, the implementation of minority medical students from the undergraduate level “Education integration of civil and military education ” training mode, and effectively improve the overall quality of minority clinicians at the higher level of post-graduate training and admission to medical institutions practice, so that they have a good job competency.
