我们医院劳动人事制度的改革是随着企业综合配套改革的进行而逐步深化的。1985年以来,陆续进行了专业技术职务聘任制、工资制度改革,为劳动人事制度改革奠定了一定的基础。 1993年以来,我院根据上级精神,结合医院实际,又进一步进行了劳动人事制度综合配套改革。改革的主要内容有:人事制度、分配制度、劳动保险制度。通过这3个方面的改革,调动了职工群众的积极因素,促进了医院建设,实现了社会效益和经济效益
The reform of the labor and personnel system in our hospital is gradually deepened with the progress of the comprehensive reform of the enterprise. Since 1985, the appointment system and salary system reform for professional and technical positions have been successively conducted, laying a solid foundation for the reform of the labor and personnel system. Since 1993, in accordance with the spirit of superiors and in line with the actual conditions of the hospital, our hospital has further carried out comprehensive reforms of the labor and personnel system. The main contents of the reform are: personnel system, distribution system, and labor insurance system. Through these three reforms, the positive factors of the employees have been mobilized, hospital construction has been promoted, and social and economic benefits have been achieved.
