通过XRD、TEM、金相显微以及常温拉试验研究了预变形对于AA1235铝箔毛料中温退火中析出行为的影响。通过晶格常数法计算了Fe、Si固溶度在退火过程中的变化,得到了α-AlFeSi在325~400℃析出行为的TTP曲线。结果表明,随着保温时间的延长,α-AlFeSi的不断析出使基体达到接近平衡的状态,基体得到净化,固溶度迅速降低;较大的预变形量可有效促进析出,预变形量90%、在375℃×1h处理后获得的试样具有良好的微观组织及较低的杂质固溶度。
The effect of pre-deformation on the precipitation behavior of AA1235 aluminum foil wool during medium temperature annealing was studied by XRD, TEM, metallographic microscopy and room temperature tensile test. The change of solid solution of Fe and Si during annealing process was calculated by lattice constant method. The TTP curve of α-AlFeSi precipitation at 325-400 ℃ was obtained. The results show that as the holding time prolongs, the precipitation of α-AlFeSi keeps the matrix close to equilibrium, the matrix is purified and the solid solubility decreases rapidly. The larger pre-deformation can effectively promote the precipitation. The pre-deformation is 90% , The sample obtained after treatment at 375 ℃ × 1h has good microstructure and low impurity solid solubility.
