淮南市食用菌栽培以平菇为主,多在秋季生产,难以满足市场的周年需要。为了探索平菇周年栽培技术,我们从1989年起,采取室内、大棚、露地结合,周年栽培平菇,并对农户生产状况作了调查,得到一点经验和体会。(一)品种配套,讲究菌种质量我市过去平菇播种季节主要在9月和10月,其他季节因气温过高或过低,一般不栽培。因此,要实现周年栽培,就必须注意品种配套,选择耐高温和耐低温品种。在实践中,气温较适宜的季节,使用佛罗里达等,效果较好。夏季使用皖引1号(引自安徽农学院),菌丝生长温度2~35℃,子实体形成温度4~34℃,在气温高达36℃时仍可出菇。冬季使用比较耐寒的4011,菌块及子实体在经受过-8℃低温后,也可正常出菇和生长。至于菌种质量好坏,则是栽培成功与否的关键。因此,无论采用哪个品种,都应选择菌龄30~40天,菌丝密集、粗壮、洁白,上部呈白色绒毛状,不脱水,瓶(袋)无
