1 概述随着昆明地区抗震设防烈度的提高 ,砖混结构住宅的楼板设计也由预应力空心板改为现浇钢筋砼板 ,该措施加强了砖混结构的整体刚度 ,提高了砖混房屋的抗震能力 ,但随之却带来现浇钢筋砼楼板开裂的问题。楼板裂缝轻者影响美观 ,重者破坏房屋结构的安全性 ,降低房屋的抗震能
1 Overview With the increase of seismic fortification intensity in Kunming, the floor design of masonry-concrete buildings is also changed from prestressed hollow slab to cast-in-place reinforced concrete slab. This measure strengthens the overall rigidity of the masonry concrete structure and improves the Seismic capacity, but it will bring the problem of cracking of cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor. Light cracks on the floor affect the appearance of the United States, in particular, the destruction of the safety of housing structures and reduce the seismic energy of housing
