运动伤害严重影响大学生的健康和学校体育的发展。提高大学生对运动伤害的自我防护能力至关重要。大学生发生运动伤害的一个重要原因是动作的不规范,而动作不规范又源于身体稳定性差,通过核心稳定性训练可以减少运动损伤的发生。建议将核心稳定性训练作为大学生运动损伤自我防护能力培养的一种手段,引入高校学校体育教学。
Sports injuries seriously affect the health of college students and the development of school physical education. It is very important to improve college students’ self-protection ability to sports injury. An important reason for college students’ exercise injury is the non-standard action. The non-standard action is due to the poor physical stability. The core stability training can reduce the occurrence of sports injuries. It is suggested that the core stability training should be taken as a means of cultivating the self-protection ability of sports injuries among college students and the introduction of physical education in colleges and universities.
