目的 :探讨过量氟与降钙素 (CT)、甲状旁腺素 (PTH)及微量元素的关系及意义。方法 :对某铝厂工人 (车间空气氟化物浓度波动在 0 63~ 1.3 1mg/m3 )及对照各 5 0名进行了血清CT、PTH、Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Se、F及尿F的测定。结果 :血清F及尿F均高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,CT及PTH低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,而血清Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Se与对照组无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :过量氟可抑制钙调节激素的分泌 ,也可能对甲状腺及甲状旁腺造成直接的损伤。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between excessive fluoride and calcitonin (CT), parathyroid hormone (PTH) and trace elements. Methods: The serum CT, PTH, Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn, Se, F and urinary F were measured in an aluminum factory worker (the concentration of fluoride in the air was 0 63 ~ 1.3 1mg / m3) The determination.
